On Job Training (OJT) is a form of training where trainees learn and develop their skills and knowledge directly at the workplace. It typically involves a combination of hands-on experience, observation, and mentorship from experienced employees.
Trainees have ample opportunities to actively participate in real work tasks. They are given responsibilities that gradually increase as they gain confidence and competence.
On Job Training (OJT) of 150 hours (20 days) per year is provided to each trainee in the concerned Industry & they get a completion certificate from the industry.
